Ink and watercolor drawing of the stalls at the San Telmo Fair, with handwritten notes about each artisan

Encounter 001 | San Telmo Fair | Calle Defensa
26.04.2026 | Ink and watercolor

The stalls I can see from mine. Julio makes his own mate gourds and always ends up asleep in his chair. Humberto sells the bags his wife sews. Minta, retired now, sells antiques. Carlos paints tango, fileteado and Buenos Aires characters.

Find me at the fair.

I draw and sell at the San Telmo Fair, in Plaza Dorrego. My stall moves around depending on how the fair is organized: I post the day's location on Instagram.
